      Hi, If you use steel beam instead of Timber beams as primary beams, Then you can Increase the distance between props. You need to recalculate it by using new SF BM Diff values of steel beams.

      It depends on the type of prop. Generally 3-4m prop can hold upto 30kN load

      Hi, When you calculating the distance of secondary beams, as I mentioned we need to calculate 3 cases(SF,BM,Difflection). 9.75kN is the max capacity, But for the 300mm thick slab SF utilised is 5.54kN.

      You have to make test on plywood, But generally it is provided by the supplier.

      All companies give Good drop systems only, I prefer to try with Meva formworks. Formwork systems depend on the need for building. If your project is high-rise building, then definitely have to go with Drop systems.
