Thanks, these are some good reminders, thereâs no question that increasing your mental clarity and boosting your drive, comes with quitting. Yes, there are many ways to kick the habit, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever is what worked for me, best shortcut I goâogled that took days without withdrawal.
So exciting. Canât wait to see how this develops!
11:45 debunked study. If you are skipping breakfast because you are overworked or stressed or anxious, that tells nothing about intermittent fasting, where you skip breakfast thoughtfully and purposefully. IF is a charm for weight loss. Also, you have to engage in lifestyle changes that are going to be maintained long term, the thinking "I'll do that for three months" is deleterious, it leads to yo-yo dieting.
Takes so long to get to the point
Great podcast and yet another (fascinating indeed!) news from the Human Science forefront!ðĄð§Ž Thank you for consistently sharing the knowledge and latest findings in the most avant-garde scientific areas!!ððŧ
Excellent explanation of Stem Cells. As a Survivor of Leiomyoma Sarcoma Pelvic Bone Cancer Stage 4. Currios about Medical Trials since they gave me 4 Trials to Survive.
What a bunch of nonsense; over time if a person eats deserts and other high- carb foods it will spike blood sugar levels no matter if you eat other foods; it all depends on the health of the liver. Insulin is the fat making hormone that needs to be under control
Excellent Video...thank you!
MORE INFOMERCIALS REGARDING STEM CELLS. Ok so youre the smartest person in the world you jsut cured spinal disease and injury with your stem cells. He sounds very nacisistic. What a f...ing joke. The spinal cord injury market is so small. This guy is the biggest joke on the planet
Great infomercial... âĪ $$$$$$. Sell,Sell , Sell baby! Decentralization.
In Finland babies are put to nap outside even in -20C weather. Of course they are dressed properly, in covered padded crib that prevents cold getting trough and the only opening to crib is covered with cloth so air gets replaced but babys heat from the breath stays inside partially keeping it warm enough. This improves immune system and gives better rest for the baby. While it might seem insane, it works, just read about the topic before doing that to your baby.
This is stupid go workout bud
Great podcast, thank you!ð
Thank you for watching!
What time would be considered breakfast ? Anytime before 12 PM ? Anyone know what Dr.Longo would say ?
Good luck with your FMD âĪ. I've been doing FMD 2-3 times a year for 5 years. I find my best results are when I do about an hour of zone 2 exercise (brisk walking or hiking or easy swimming for me) every day. Harder exercise during the diet has made me sick, and with no exercise I don't lose nearly as much fat. Also, for easier compliance and less hunger, I make sure to switch to 100% vegan with no food after 5 PM, at least a week before the diet, and I maintain this window during the diet. If I don't do this, my hunger gets bad, and my sleep suffers.
Every time I watch a TH-cam video on eating for health - I get more & more confused, no wonder people end up eating CRAP foods - itâs because it feels like âwhateverâ we put in our mouths IS WRONG!!
Enit. And I think there needs to be more convos on looking good/muscular and being healthy and the balance of that
The patterns of healthy eating are relatively agreed upon and figured out. Just stick to those to get the majority of benefits. Eat mostly plants = legumes, veggies, fruits, starches, some lean meats like game meat and fatty fish
Smart watches? ð

You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

Misinformation.
Man took a whole minute to say absolutely nothing
There is at least 1 i can think of. It relaxes your body so you don't tense up n die like the person u just hit when u inevitably fk up and crash ur car/etc. I'm so tired of "experts", dude. All they do is stroke themselves while proclaiming to know the way and that everyone else beforehand is just plain wrong. Stay skeptical, people. Question everything.
She looks malnourished ðĨī
Its fairly basic principle. But look at her cracking up. Created allergies in hundreds of thousands and its like giggle oopsy our bad. These criminal doctors need to go to jail.
This is something my mum has been saying. She reckons that because when I was a baby she was told to avoid giving me nuts, that that is why I found out I had a nut allergy later in life. I remember just thinking I didnât like nuts, so I avoided them. For example roasted nuts I thought I didnât like the smell because it was âthickâ since I was a kid, turns out thatâs probably because my throat was swelling and making it difficult to breathe. I basically avoided anything with nuts until I was 18 because I thought I didnât like them, and then had a proper allergic reaction that made me realise I was allergic.
With my son I was told to introduce peanuts and stuff slowly but early! Mix it with his baby oatmeal or rice! Their dad has a mild peanut allergy so luckily they arenât allergic!
This is great to hear. Guidance with my son was no peanuts until 1 year old. Gave him peanut butter just after his 1st birthday and he broke out everywhere. And interesting to note that the FDA approved treatments out there for peanut allergies involve giving them very small amounts and slowly introducing more and more. But these treatments are still not perfect yet.
This was a brilliant podcast Buck, hats off ma. You asked all the right questions, no stone unturned! Every man of every age would do well to watch this
