Purchased from Amazon as an import. Turns out they were the only country that gave this a Blu-ray release. Hopefully, a region free player can be obtained in the future to play this disc properly.

From eBay. This DVD is actually pretty rare to find. The DVD originally came out with 4 double-sided discs which I despise. It wasn't until 2017 when the complete series set came out. Surprise! This actually was part of my Salvation Army haul but forgot to include it here. Anyway, this actually is a later reissue of the DVD release because it doesn't have the embossed cover like J's Blu-rays' copy does. Also, I bought this before the new Rankin/Bass Blu-ray set was announced, so this renders the set obsolete.

@@SilverShine-tr5krThank you so much and one thing I could say about Shout Factory is that when it comes to getting the rights to the music they know how to do it because when you have relationships with labels it's all easy, quick question the episode "The Wedding" is the Dixie Cups song "The Chapel of Love" is intact and are you sure that all of the original music from the original artists in all intact and how much music is there and there isn't any replacement music right?
@@philipberrian6606 I did a quick google search and yeah it should have all the music intact. In fact, that's the reason it took all the way until 2009 for this show to come out.
@@SilverShine-tr5kr So what you are telling me that all of the music is intact are you sure Shout Factory isn't pulling our leg which is pertaining to all of the original music intact? I love Shout Factory because when they have relationships with estates publishers and record labels they know how to get all of the music clearances I want to see them get Wiseguy with all of the original music intact but I wonder how much music were they able to clear for Thiritysomething? But season 1 has everything intact right what about the rest of the series?

I bought the Kamichu DVD singles back circa 2007-2008-ish. It's a series that I would dearly love to own on Blu-Ray since the old Geneon DVDs have some serious macroblocking at points but the only way I think there will ever be to own it on Blu-Ray is to spend hundreds on the Japanese set and I don't think that even has English subtitles.
What years were your childhood?
Is it uncensored?
The episodes Driving and Puppets are still edited but everything else is uncensored.
I have the Shrek Ultimate Collection on Blu-ray too. And what I did was take the disc for Shrek the Musical and replaced it with Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

Good set. Only problem is Driving is censored. I think the original “pee on your curtains” line is funnier even though cats are known to scratch up curtains. It’s the way Bluey says it.

This actually one of the best ways to get into black lagoon for dirt cheap. Comparing this to the other Blu-ray: it’s a 20 dollar difference between the two.
