Medyo misleading ang info binigigay neto, or atleast kulang, Bdo sent you a credit card because you signed a CONSENT allowing the bank to send you a CC. kc sa bdo mahirap ma approve kung ikaw mag apply kahit may account ka doon. Madali lang pag may account ka then sign the consent on the application form. The reason why you now have several cc from different bank (inspite of being a bpo) is because you were able to build your credit history/score thanks to your first card - BDO.
