Every parent should do what they feel is right for their child. I'm very concerned about the type of learning or quality of learning or the amount of learning children will get online. But how much education my child has by the time he turns 13 won't matter if he is 6 feet under by 12. I don't think he will do well online, but I don't care. It's not worth his life to see what's going to happen. He's not a guinea pig. Test it out on the parents who are not worried about sending their children back. LET US CHOOSE! Have the options to let us choice. Y'all have had since March to figure this out.
Excuse me ma’am can you do the students of MPS a favor and sign the petition. You are correct. The parents deserved to choose what best fit their child. In this case, many parents completed the survey thinking that their opinions would affect the school board’s decision. In the end, it didn’t do anything. We need to reopen all Milwaukee Public Schools. Kids shouldn’t have to be tortured with online learning when only a few kids want to do online learning! In Wisconsin, The data have shown that nobody under the age of 20 has died from the virus. The risk is low enough for kids that want to go back to attending school physically to do so. Online is amazing
Expecting the building to be sanitized correctly just because you have a checklist is unrealistic. Have you seen some of these schools cleanliness? And I'm sure they had a checklist also.
