So, this means that the information in this book is incorrect or are you pointing this out to say that any and all taxes are 'legal' under the law? I'm trying to understand what this means and why you shared it.

@@NachiketaFire The beginning part was looking for the justification &/or authority for the IRS after the 'temporary' war-time Legislation. Getting past the beggining part, it seemed to be carried along by various means. Until & finally the 16th Amendment. 16th Amendment is the Justification for that Agency in a minimum sense.

He was was very intoxicated, and crushed his legs and hips with the engine in his lap. As they pulled him out he was screaming "I'm SORRY I'm SORRY!!!!" over and over, he knew he had done wrong. They had to give him so much blood en route to hospital, by the time they did a blood test for alcohol he passed. Because laws and lawyes and BULLSHIT. Some people in the community have difficulty with the word "Flat" because it has negative connotation with it, like a flat piece of paper or pancake, while level is preferred as a more "accurate" descriptor of the geocentric cosmology, it's a matter of preference and being a bit pedantic.

⁠​⁠I disagree that the terms are just a matter of preference. Flat does not have orientation, as you also stated, it is a descriptor. Claiming to be a “flat earther” these days 95% of the time, if not more, means you reside with a motionless stationary Earth. Which also means by default you have to subscribe to a magical downward force, like globers do with gravity. These are the top 3 reasons in my opinion why some refrain from the term Flat, besides the fact that people have loaded preconceived ideas when they hear the term as well.

@@NachiketaFire don’t like to use the word believe when discussing objective reality since believe or belief means to just have faith or trust. Following physics/objective reality, leads you to a level earth that’s in constant upwards motion, if you’re honest of course. Plenty of practical demos that are observable, measurable, testable and repeatable. I know society has a weird obsession over labels but personally, not sure how to label it or that it should even have a label. There is too many demonstrable proofs/facts for it to be considered a theory and giving it a label might come off as just another theory to dismiss to those with a bias. If I HAD to call myself anything I guess I’d say I’m just a realist, as I don’t deny objective reality/physics of this place. Then, I’d continue on to explain it to people since you’ll probably still have to explain it label or not anyway.

@@LH_Natalie I appreciate your comments, and thank you, I'm not trying to pigeon hole you to commit to a label, so that is not my intention, but it's good to make distinctions, I am starting to see, but have my reservations for now, but definitely will be putting in more time to fully comprehend what's happening, thank you again for your comment.
