Jim is based in Dallas and oversees the National Real Estate practice at Hirewell. He works to both represent organizations looking to bring on key employees and leaders, while also conducting an exclusive executive coaching and job placement program. He has led teams that have conducted hundreds of high-level searches in the commercial real estate space. His work has spanned the entire spectrum from mid-management to executive-level roles.
Jim started his career on the trading floor as a member of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Board Options Exchange. Jim is passionate about helping candidates find great opportunities and loves the challenge of connecting the dots to match top talent with leading firms in the real estate industry.

DFW Leader
Hirewell has partnered with an ENR Top 50, National General Contractor to search for a Vice President/Business Unit Leader to lead the North Texas region. This role, based in Dallas-Fort Worth, will be responsible for leading local strategy formation and implementation of the regional business plans, support client needs, assist the business development team and Project Delivery leaders in market research, long range planning and selling. The VP shall be a brand ambassador in the business community and will drive the guiding principles throughout all levels of the business unit.
