ithink you need help when you look like your humping your battery to get foiling while iam up and foiling while you are still humping away on your toxic battery have fun while the charge still there life to short

As a bloody surfsport beginner at age 40, I can tell you, kiting is not for me. I want to go for wing/foil, but I was missing too many basics and muscles and conditions. So by now starting with e foil, I could have a good access of exercises, getting power in my arms, legs and back, learning how to balance etc etc. Now that I know, I can improve (the battery gives me safety) and until spring when the wind comes back, I am ready to with foil and wing without using the engine. But for me it was a perfect access to a sport with immediate fun factor and fast progress. My husband surfs since 40 years and he is fine with my strategy😂
