If I have a parameter with value 30 degree and would like to create an angle measure to match it, I'd start with a ray with endpoint A. I'd then select the parameter and choose Transform | Mark Angle. I'd then double-click point A to mark it as the center of rotation. I'd then select the ray and choose Transform | Rotate | by Marked Angle. That would give me an angle that would update based on the value of the parameter. I could then use this approach to create a triangle with angle measurements controlled by parameters.
