Much like the Steel Knuckles, the Steel Spear gets most of its value from the its Perk Book series. With the books, the spear applies bleeds and heavy attacks pierce through multiple targets(useful in choke points). With the full set of books, kills with the heavy attack also completely refill stamina. I am pretty sure the Spear skill also makes it penetrate armor. I still prefer other weapons, but those perks can make the spear useful.

Some keybinds you can not live without: 1. Left ALT - shows you what items are in chests and buildings 2. Q - by hovering over a building and pressing Q, you will equip said building, and by pressing Q again, you will unequip it, so you dont have to constantly open your inventory 3. F - by holding F you can pick up items from ground and belts by walking over them Hope you find it usefull :3

Also ratio for waterpipes bolers and engines is 1:20:40 1 pipe has enough water for 20 boilers and 20 boilers can fuel steam to 40 engines Also you can connect 2 steam engines to themself and it will work fine

So far indeed its not that megabuilding (I think the moment i started doing megafactory thw pollution got crazy) atleast its not polluting crazy

Pipe rifle good if u just start bcz u don't find that much ammo and the damage is decent if u headshot

Ah the Factorio Time Machine, launch it up and after 5minutes you wonder what all those 99+ missed calls and email are that claim you’ve been unresponsive for over a month!

2 steam engine per boiler(all machines have info how much produce and ussage), build assembler for ammo is better having few stack in box, full cover ore deposits by drills. It's very funny watching this 😃 + on map you can check your polution cloud and I recommend make one assembler for making turrets, good luck, ++build radar

Hello, for your boiler, you should use a burner insert instead of an electric insert and also if you're fighting biters, just press the space, it's easier and also you should look to trupen's videos he explain the game well and last you should look for the ratio to make the items you want. oh and keep playing it's a great gameeven if it can be difficult sometimes

I discovered factorio a couple weeks ago and quickly realized how addicting it can be. I enjoyed watching you fumble your way through, it was like watching a baby bird learning to fly lol. Seriously though I enjoyed watching you figure things out through the same trial and error and confused clicking that I just went through myself and will enjoy watching more as you go. I don't want to give too much away as far as guidance or tips goes, you've figured out the basics. Aim to converge and consolidate layout as much as you can and try to keep things symmetrical and organized, it'll help as you grow. If you get really stuck but don't want to do tutorials try the scenarios, I found them to be useful learning tools. Also, Accept the inevitable spaghetti in your future

this game has gotten so much better since its release

I use the Pipe Rifle to hunt animals in the beginning of the game. It is way less frustrating than trying to land a hit with the Bow (compound bow is a different story). One sneaky hit with the Pipe Rifle will drop all small animals so that 1 bullet is all that is needed. Pipe Rifle is ‘A Tier’ for Small / Medium Animal Hunting. 😂

i've seen quite a lot of people putting sniper rifle in highest tier since 21alpha, are they that really good with perks and penetrator? even in insane difficulty?
