Brutalism is beautiful architecture. Its often unfinished and corporatized so people are turned off by it.

i p.s. i have fully black(+grey and a little green amd blue) natural stone bedroom with toilet for 10 years allredy and toilet about 16 sqm in guest house is allmost finished too. its beter when it have some more homelike pictures and green etc, more cigar colour wood etc 😊 imho

Most if not all of these images are AI generated. The devil is in the details, like leaves resting on a vertical surface. An easy example to spot is at 12:40. Top right of building is reflected as having a pillar Another example would be at 11:40. The 'checkerbox' pixelation is the result of the AI generating a result that there are very few smaples of. That's because its incredibally unrealistic practically. I've handled many cement overlays on patios, porches and pool decks and can be confident in saying that no customer would pay for 5-10 times the usual materials cost for a patio they will have to clean dirt and debris out al the time as it falls apart and causes tripping hazards (with no railing as well) nor would any contractor want to warranty such a thing. Plus the skill required would be nothing short of master-level with zero room for error with that gold-nugget-looking layering.

No doubt incredible home. It's all very neutral but for me and I would like some pops of color in the art and accessories. I kept looking for that personality in color usage within a home and visual interest. It's all very safe and many people like this look. The all black and white photos throughs me off. I often struggle with these kinds of homes in identifying with who lives there. I'm not sure if I would call this minimalist and it feels like more in tune with nature almost farmhouse meets modernist. It's still an incredible property. I kept looking for even a bowl of oranges or lemons.

The guy up on the roof at 8:00 is clearly thinking "oh God, what have I done."
