Ram 1500 Build Continues!! Can I fit 33 inch tires on stock suspension?
Hello everyone,
Today we continue with another video on my 2018 Ram 1500 sport. This came as a bit of a surprise as I wasn't planning on getting wheels this soon. Just seen a good deal and couldn't pass it up. More videos coming soon!

Ram 1500 Light Bar Install!!
มุมมอง 55K4 ปีที่แล้ว
Hello everyone, Today we are going over a light bar install on my 2018 Ram1500 sport. You will see in the video how easy of an install this was and definitely worth the money. I have always been curious about adding a light bar to the truck and the way the front bumper is on the Sport Ram 1500 it is a no-brainer. Thank you all for the amazing support. Definitely more videos coming on this truck...
Anyone know if a 33” tire will fit in the spare tire location? I have falken wildpeaks and got to thinking I should really get a spare since the tire is almost 2 inches larger. That could really screw up a differential
Cord?
Sharp
Bad Ass whats your Air Pressure set up?
What offset were these wheels?
-43 I totally skipped the first minute lol
Great job ! i’m gunna do the same. I’ll prob put some protection for the paint in someway because i don’t want it to rub anywhere bouncing down the road. Excellent help man thank you
Your grill is sick where did u get that?
What brand looks great
Really nice fit I'm going to get some for my ram
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Is it pretty bright at night
Any ram classic with 20 inch rims come with 33 inch tires. Only rubbing because if the rim offset plus wheel width. I'm going up to 34 inch on stock suspention soon.
@@quesadilla34 how so? the size on my 20" rim is 275/55r20 which is 31.9" tire. you can call it 32"
@@plemaxram classic with 20" wheels come with 275/60r20. 5th gens come with the size you stated.
Just ordered some 285/75/17 no adjustments for my 17 1500 wish me luck
Bro this is what I want and no one has 17s for reference, I assume it worked no problem?
link to rims?
Thanks for sharing man thats what i want for my truck
On stock suspension? That looks so good 🔥 I’m getting my 33s tomorrow so hyped 😁
@iiTzFaro how’s the 33s, any rubbing ?
I got a little over 1 inch front level with a set of the adjustable biltein struts on my 014 ram 1500 4x4. Think 33x12.50r20 would fit on the stock rim with no rubbing?
Lots of help, thanks for posting
If I use stock 9inch rims would 33s fit?
How would you go about putting a rocker switch on that existing harness instead of the Current push button switch?
2in rough country level kit. I have 285/65 20 MT baja boss AT. Fuel sledge 20x9 +1 0ffset. No rub no cutting w oem mud flaps
Need a leveling kit
Gorgeous.😐
I feel confused, the stock 275/60/20 that come on the trucks = 33" nothing amazing here I have 275/65/20 on mine with stock suspension and they at 34"
The width and wheel offset plays a huge part in the fitment too
@@bannonbuilds3550 I figured it's the width that makes the difference
wicked setup! what wheels are those?
The stock wheels look much better. Better off putting them back on.
How did you get the plastic insert out
Little clips on the back. Can use a flathead screwdriver to lift the clip, them push from the front of the truck in
Where did you get your grille
Wanted to see how much light it threw down the road ?? Not looking at it ???
Nice setup. Looking at a Ram truck myself.
What headlights are those?
OEM
@@bannonbuilds3550 how did you control your lights? I have a laramie with those headlights and can't control them remotely
@@asher217ify someone was in the truck
I absolutely read Duraturd the first time.
Yuyy
Do you have the link to the light bar on Amazon? Thank you great video by the way And very well detailed
Wo hast du die gekauft, die Light Bar ??? Grüße aus Deutschland 🤘🇺🇸
Where did you buy the front gill “big horn style”?
Hi where do you bought these wheels what page? Thank you
Thanks for sharing. I'm interested in rims for my dads truck and it was good seeing what's tire max diameter with stock suspension.
I did a inch and a half spacer kit on the front of my ram . And just ordered 33-1250-20 to go on 20-10 wheels. They say inch and a half kit will be good enough for the 33‘s 🤞🏻
How did it go
@@samuelmcginnis3483 perfect no rubbing no issues love the look. here in Northern California we just had a huge snowstorm 16 foot of snow. Which I was in for three days the tires handled it beautifully very impressed with the four-wheel-drive and the handling.
@@sjbb838 stock height
@@samuelmcginnis3483 The rear in stock height the front has 1”.5 inch spacer.
@@sjbb838 ok thanks about to order them
Looks bad ass bro!
Good job buddy
Do you have a rough measurement on how long your brackets are
You should have showed the front of the truck from like 10’ directly in front!
HEY!! You missed the most important part, what’s the distance between the two bolt holes in the bracket
Are you retarded? It depends what light bar you buy
Did you close the gap on the ends or no
When I did mines I didn’t close the gap never really saw a reason to close it
What distance are the holes in the bracket?
Your link to the lightbar is wrong - it goes to brackets for a jeep
www.amazon.ca/dp/B08CSMWGZQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_t1_Twb2Fb2Z1ENRY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 The link must have changed somehow! Thank you
Thanks for the video tutorial! I'm going to do the exact same thing. Amazon shipping the LED Bar next week! It looks awesome and is practical for on those back roads in the woods. Do you think you could do a video in complete darkness to show off the brightness please? Thanks!
buy the accessory switch from 4thgenramelectronics. Instead running wires inside your truck. I just purchase my 42inch light bar. Great video. I will run to the hardware store. Do you have to joe the bit size to drill the holes for the bracket?
Hell yeah, ram owner and ravens flock!
