People forget that the mechanics in Rev 1 were completely different than what GNT 3 was as it was built off the fighting system that GNT EX 1 had, this was why so many characters were cut, Kisame got added because he was in EX 1 so it made his moveset easy to translate for the most part, they wanted to focus on specifically including characters they knew were gonna be in the Shippuden games so characters like Hiruzen, Haku, and Zabuza were cut, it still puzzles me why Iruka was never playable in the Wii games though

Do you know of itsuchi2's clash of ninja fangame which is pretty much this entire roster with English voices and also pain is playable

You didnt have to cut the voices because in con2 the lip sync was off in some character intros because tomys process was simply inserting the voices and nothing more

I loved that some characters had this random combo of moves, like Sakura,Itachi,temari etc

I'm amazed that they managed to add in every single character since Clash of Ninja 2, even the weird ones like the crow puppet and Akamaru, including the quality of life additions like Sharingan and Kurama activation.

I find it interesting that Ino in this series only uses Mind Transfer Jutsu while the Ultimate Ninja games uses flower and poison dart techniques.

The Revolution games are unique compared to the Japanese versions because of how many games they made. Rev 1 has Ninja Taisen EX 1 gameplay style with the cover mechanic and stage transitions, while they cut most characters present in all 4 Ninja taisen games, Kisame was added. Rev 2 is completely unique and exclusive outside of Japan, Rev 3 combines all 3 Ninja Taisen EX games while adding in the Rev 2 exclusive characters. It sucks that they never added Sarutobi and the Sound Ninjas but I'm glad for emulation and English patches that make it feel like an unreleased Clash of Ninja 4 on Gamecube.

That is so weird seeing the sound ninjas in other scenes. The sound ninja 4 are my favorite antagonists, i wish this was localized but Revolution 2 is unique to NA. Thank god for emulation and English patches for gameplay at least.

Now that I look at it (and listen to it), you can really tell the people who worked on Bloody Roar had a hand in this too.
