A division of Wilson Equipments (P) Ltd, we supply Fitness Inspection and Certification equipment for automotive centers and governmental organizations across the country. We are the sole distributors for Serpauto automotive diagnostic equipment pan-Asia.
And also test and generate reports for cars for the performance in engine, brakes, suspension, chassis, headlights, body parts, interior and exterior.

Here is the breakdown - This Mahindra Thar had been running with @t8performancetuning997 exhaust kit and intercooler pipes, but with the stock map for quite a while now. The first run gives us the figures 114 HP @ 3500 RPM & 269 Nm of torque at 2500 RPM. With the map specific to the hardware upgrades written to the ECU, we get nearly 140 HP and 336 Nm as the output. Here we have a stage 1 remapped #Maruti Suzuki S-Cross 1.3 L in for a dyno run. It averaged an output of 112 HP and about 260 Nm of torque. Overall conclusion of the tests were that the suspensions require replacement and brakes need servicing, especially the rear drums. Engine performance is excellent even after 8 years of movement on Indian roads. Apart from a few minor niggles, the vehicles is totally good for a few more thousand kilometers to rack up on the odo. I think Revotron NA could be the safest bet for Performance mod, when it comes to petrol engines considering it is by far yhe simplest engine. Leave alone a turbo, it doesnt even have a direct injection on it. So mechanicals are very very basic isnt it. Doing some ECU remap and mumbo jumbo should have minimal after effect isnt it. 🤔

Can the current brezza 1.5 be tuned and be safe for long term use ?
Yes but the power gains won’t be that noticeable but however the drivability will improve. The brezza 1.5 is not turbo charged so the power gain won’t be that significant, in a turbo car like the baleno 1.0 boosterjet, the power gains will be significant. It is safe to go for a stage 1 remap without any modifications to the engine bay but if you have to go for stage 1+ or stage 2 or stage 2+ or stage 3 or stage 3+, you will have to introduce hardware mods to the engine bay.
