I've always been wary of using a compartment style fly box. Beyond slipping while changing a fly, do you have any issues with the wind blowing your flies out of the box? Thanks for the video!

This is an excellent overview of the Richardson Fly Box, thanks for sharing. As I sit here in the early morning with my coffee and watch various TH-cam videos, pre-season for Trout in PA and Maryland, I’m taking this video to heart; because I’m “That Guy” with the 15pound fly vest. My new mission, find one of these boxes and lighten my load...my back will thank me! Again, thanks for the overview!
