Hello, I need assistance on battery issue. I purchased the heavy duty shear pruner 40 millimeter back in May 2022. One of the battery is not working properly. It works when it's upright but once you tilt the pruner it shuts off. Thank you

It would be nice if you slowed down and didn’t edit out parts. Having the logo directly over the places people are concentrating on is very annoying.
Agree on the logo/watermark. The playback speed can be slowed down - or adjusted as desired - by clicking on the "settings" icon (gear) to the right of the "CC" icon. Then select whatever playback speed you want. .5 is half speed, for example. I just changed my blade and it's fairly straight forward. I think it's very helpful Kebtek furnished the 2 extra blades....t/y Kebtek! :)

Looks nice, how many cuts can it do with 1 battery?
one 2500mAh batteries support 4-5 working hours, about 3000cuts per charge.
Too fast and take out “Kebtek” from the center…….put it off to the side…..

It's ok to use ordinary engine oil to maintain your shear, lubricating oil such as : gearbox oil,differential oil,engine oil,cooking oil,air tool oil,compressor oil )
