Anyone have the Marilyn Monroe episode? I assume it has been blocked due to film clips...those can be cut out!

We are all the "victims" of our early lives and James was no different! Being as handsome as he was, he was bound to be victimized by someone if he allowed it to happen! When you are alone, this victimization sometimes happens automatically. His Mom died and his father basically neglected him. Yes, being alone - maybe James looked for "family" in the wrong places! I do hope James' father felt a sense of guilt when he got James' inheritance!!!

He just live in the fast lane - so to speak. Most of these specific star s(not necessary these incredible 3 icons) would do anything to deliver a good performances including taking substance and put it in the body so accessively. Repeatedly; as well as gonin and out of rehab facilities. Another common cause is, because SO many ppl INCLUDING agents whom taking advantage within their life. They are mostly busuness partner and not a true friend. If not taking the business with full grasp and in stealth manner, it is so easy to trip upon the wrong path.

I'd much rather be uncool and still alive than be cool and go out the way he did

You can lived as long as you want and no one remembers you after or crashed to eternity like Dean did and leave a lasting impact that forever immortalized him. In the end, we all want to be remembered long after we've been gone.

It's not a mystery or a scandal about Donald Turnupseed and James Dean car crash. If Donald had slowed down it wouldn't have happened

I wonder how Turnupseed lived with himself, knowing that he'd killed James Dean. Hard to live with that.

I'm sure the guys at A & M were upset after this one turned out to be a commercial failure. Poor sales or not, I would undoubtedly keep the album forever! Thanks for sharing.
