Hi! Great question. For your raw data, it's important to include data from both independent variables since each has an impact on the outcome. Since you're working with 6 concentrations and 5 seeds per concentration, make sure to record the height data for each seed over the 6 days, for all concentrations. This will help you compare the effects of both IVs clearly and give you a solid base for your analysis.
