Series Learning Objectives:
• Describe the principles of an Age-Friendly approach to resident care, including the importance of resident-centered care, communication, the 4Ms of Age-Friendly care, and continuity of care.
• Develop communication skills tailored to the unique needs and preferences of older adults, including those with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments.
• Identify at least three strategies that can be implemented to improve workforce retention by implementing Age-Friendly care in nursing facilities.
• Identify at least three self-care strategies that daily caregivers incorporate into their daily routines to manage stress, improve well-being, and prevent burnout.

    This is timely for us. It's time for my husband to have the test. I need to call our insurance company to find out what costs they cover, what the cost will be and what benefits, if any, will he be eligible for IF we go through this process and have the test.

    Even though less alcahol does the job, they don't necessarily drink less. Meaning they are just doing more harm with their usual habit abuse. Alcahol is a nasty killer with a horrible death preceded by a horrible life.

    you might be underestimating the use of cannabis now that it's legalized in so many States, it's great used as a medication. it really has so many uses, especially the CBD.

    Still very surprises how all my symptoms of Parkinson’s disease just went aware after undergoing *MADIDAHERBALCENTER* treatment, but I am very much happy because I don’t longer have them anymore for like 9 months now..
