While this story is totally bullshit, there are some studies out there that support bee venom lessens symptoms of Lyme. No studies show full recovery/cure.

I installed flooring for 33 years between carpet fiber and the sawdust had caused me to have trouble breathing especially at night ,I got covid and I got it bad .during this I threw up out of my lungs 4 times which is very scary because you know if your throat doesn't clear up immediately, you are going to die. Well after the covid was gone my breathing was great even at night I literally had my lungs cleaned by that horrible disease. I give God the glory

It should be known that the bees she was stung with were specifically africanized bees. Not regular honey bees. While a normal person would have died, her Lyme disease almost balanced out the venom from the bees and through a nartual miracle that was and is still being studied and tested today.

this reddit story is not real but this did happen to a woman. she had lyme disease very badly and booked an airbnb to live out her final days in. when she was in the garden she got stung by a swarm of bees and it cured her lyme disease. a very interesting story, but i wish they would just tell the story as is without modifying it and pretending someone on reddit wrote it

This is Ellie Lobels story and she is an advocate for more research on bee venom which she believes cured her. Melittin is what research has indicated can help with Lyme disease. I’d like to point out though that Lyme disease is curable if caught early by antibiotics. So any time you see a bullseye wound or ever get a tick visit your pcp and get the antibiotic just in case.

I don't get how its possible that someones lyme disease gets that bad. Its proven to be treatable with antibiotics. Yes, it takes a long time sometimes but thats way better than suffering the symptoms of it.
