Sorry! I don’t have a Famitracker file for any of my songs, I make them all in GarageBand ^w^ That unfortunately means I also can’t export MIDI files, because Apple is mean like that. Sorry!

Nobody gets chiptunes right anymore thank you for your faithfulness I'm particular about this because of neurodivergent but the first two instances of the syllable "they" in the drop are too high and the low notes in the "fall inside a hole you couldnt see" part are too long, hence squishing the high notes
Yeahhhh I’m not the HAPPIEST with this cover actually, I was kinda rushing to get it done while I had motivation so I didn’t put nearly as much detail into it as I usually do :/ But I agree chiptune as a medium is kinda dying because a lot of people just take midi files and change the instruments, which is why I do everything from scratch

something thats not really present in the og song but i felt HEAVILY in this is the repeating B note in the into/outro portion sounds a lot like an alarm clock! fits very well with the time theme- and the fact that we are all running out of it, all the time. gives off a dreadful vibe (in a good way.)

@@chipstonelee Huh?! You didn't know the name of the song you covered?! 13 is the intro at the start before the ticking/beeping starts. It's a separate song from Ruler of Everything, but since the songs link into each other (and were likely made for each other) people sometimes forget that they're two different songs (even though one's only 13 seconds long!) Regardless it's a very nice video and including 13 was a good choice even if it was technically unintentional 😅
