Who We Are
I wanted to make great trails, in all conditions, right at home. I developed three low-resistance sleds that float on top of the snow, pulled right behind my own snowmobile at 12-15 MPH. Fresh powder can be compacted quickly, without the need of a separate roller implement. Hard packed snow and even slush is easily leveled and molded into corduroy or tracks.
What Sets Us Apart
Conventional or DIY groomers (“drags”) more often scrape the useful snow away and require larger, more expensive towing machines that burn more fuel and have higher operating costs. Folks were ready for a “greener” alternative, and we quickly expanded from our Canadian and US markets to over 40 countries.
There’s something very special about grooming freshly fallen snow and stopping to look back at the beautiful ribbon of compacted corduroy groomed snow you’ve just created. The best part, knowing that in a few hours your family and friends will be outside, enjoying Mother Nature at her finest.

Can't wait for winter!!
Can’t wait to see the video of it in use!
Me Too.
Please comment below if you have any questions.
Snow season was too short this year…😢
for sure
🏆💙🙏🤗 Thank you for sharing this
You are so welcome
Definitely sold on the wheel kit for a sno-master 48 I can see for me at 70 years old it would make it doable to man handle it in certain situations when I can’t go forward with the groomer.
We always recommend the wheel kit
Thank you for a very detailed setup for the sno-master I’m really looking to get this setup for my skidoo expedition SE. I have 2 1/2 miles of trails on my 120 acres here in Upper Michigan
Sounds like you have a great setup over there in the upper Michigan
Thats not 3 feet of snow. Sorry, you would not be able to see the tracks at all.
thanks for watching.
Early in the vid the sled rider is "on&off" with his throttle, that behaviour is exactly what creates those ugly whoops in the trail. Bad habit!
That’s exactly what we wanted to show! Good throttle control helps keep the whoops down for sure
Promo*SM 😠

With the helmet and goggles he looks like Chuck Norris in Snow Groomers Revenge With a Vengeance. At theatres near you.
if only we could be as bad ass as Chuck Norris! Thanks for the smile.
Nice gromer
Thanks
Love the shop background, thanks for the video on the assembly.
You are very welcome!
Looks like an awesome rig for smaller trails! Great video and edit! Keep it going
Thanks! 👍

Thanks
From personal experience, it is difficult to blade out whoops on snowmobile trails. Bravo to the snowcat operator.
Yes snowmobile whoops are the worst
Here comes the snow!
we can't wait :)
Can you send me a free groomer pls?

Snow can’t come soon enough!

Got to have that ski resort quality groomed trails!!
Why get rid of the powder?!?!
Haha we only get rid of the powder on yhe trail so we can get to more powder that is deeper and steeper
Hey, the "music" you're using is like a cliche, a remake of a remake of a remake that everyone uses for their own clips without so much as a thought of originality or making the video their own. Whenever I hear this tune, I always dislike the video and hit the don't recommend button. There's a world of music available that doesn't reek.
Thanks for the feedback
The end product looked good, but I surmise you have to go over it many many times as that first pass was less than stellar
Yes it does take some time to go over to knock down frozen whoops, its tough to find a happy medium of a light duty snow groomer that can also be towed behind smaller snow machines but still go up and down steep terrain. We are in the process of trying to built a better solution that knocks them down faster and more effective.

snowmobile whoops are the worst!!!
Not if you have a SNO-RAZOR on your snow groomer.
What size hitch pin fits (orange handle) that BRP tongue hitch?
Measurement: 3/8″ Diameter, 2″

I've been looking at getting a Ski Doo Skandic or Expedition with the 48" groomer. Just can't decide between what sled to get at this point. Planning to groom ~2 Miles of narrow trails at cabin for XC Ski or snowshoe. Great video, thanks for sharing.
The Skandic is more work oriented as the expedition has better suspension for riding. Both are great but if you do any trail riding I feel like the expedition is better suited than the Skandic
What snow grooming equipment do you think is best for you? Comment below.
Some nice corduroy there! Is this for skiing? I prefer ungroomed snow tbh
I also prefer powder for downhill skiing. But You need to compact the roads or "cattrack" to drive machines on them. Also cross country skiing and my kids love the groomed trails.
Sorry about the audio. Tried something new and did not work out as well as I had hoped. Comment below if you have questions.
sooo nice!!!
Thank you for sharing 🏆🤗🇺🇲🙏
Thanks Dr Mark!
I love mine
Do they work well if you are on snowshoes and pulling them? LOL!! I pull a tire to groom my trails. I wish I had a rig to make it easier thought. Not getting any younger. ;)
Yes we do have customers that tow them with human power. Our Smaller 20" chassis work we also have a new entry level snow groomers that are made from HDPE and ABS plastic that are super light and strong - www.snowgroomers.net/trailblazer-xc/
Dude had the Jr. My First Tracks on the side by side, Wish?
Song?
Good question. It was off the Capcut app
Can you tell me who makes the ski rack that you show on this video. Thanks
Yes, its the buzzrack buzzski - th-cam.com/video/YJAMumRx2bY/w-d-xo.html
Thumbs up! #1 place to + your subs *promosm*.

Good vibes
thanks
Where are you guys from?? That’s quite a bit of snow and I’d love to know where it snows that much lol
Utah up at 8000 Ft
Nice!
Thanks!
Is there a recommended height for ice blade , always seems to be to high and not doing any thing or to low and digging in which then causes it to drop down on its own causing more issues because the adjusters cannot be tightened enough by hand.
Typically with the SNO-RAZOR blade I drop it right on the very top of the snow. The acceleration of the machine will cause the whole groomer to dip down along with the sno-razor. I then recommend dropping it a half an inch if its not cutting enough.
Is there a recommendation for razor adjustment? Seems to either be to high and not doing anything or to low and digging in, also it's impossible to keep it a a constant height as after hitting several high spots it loosens up and drops down no matter how tight the adjustors are. Very frustrating to use
Yes, so first thing is you want to make sure your drawbars are level, If your drawbars are too high it changes the angle of the SNO-RAZOR - I like to set the razor on the top of the snow to see how much its going to dig in first as the machine you are towing it with will sag. th-cam.com/video/RI8HAgc0OEI/w-d-xo.html
@@snowgroomersnet draw bar is horizontal when connected to sled and rider on board, razor is set 1 to 2 inches above snow level so it only hits high spots and blade is perfectly horizontal in a front to rear direction, but after a couple of kms of grooming at 15 kmh the vertical adjustment has moved, usually down and the blade angle will have changed, down at front, this is with all bolts and adjusters tight. We run the ballast area full with bricks. Your video shows it running over a pre groomed trail but our trail is completely ungrommed for its first run in each direction. I have watched most of your videos trying to get a handle on this.
Trails are beautiful would love to ride them
Thanks, they are a lot of fun!
When a trail gets 2-3 foot whoops can you still work them out with this groomer and the razor?
If they are frozen solid it takes a bunch of passes to cut them down. If they are still soft then it will only take one pass
