We’re excited to unveil the latest powerhouse in Collett’s fleet - the DAF CF480 6x4 rigid crane vehicle, mounted with a Fassi F660 crane. This 66 Tonne/Metre crane is engineered for superior performance, featuring 6 hydraulic boom extensions with a maximum reach of 16m. With a lifting capacity of 16 Tonnes at 3.4m and 3.1 Tonnes at 16m, this vehicle is designed to tackle the toughest lifting challenges.

The deliveries are part of the ongoing essential upgrade scheme at the power station. Once onsite, both valves were offloaded utilising our JS125 Jack Up System.

Industrial vehicles now operate more efficiently with less fuel.
Fantastic video quality, please consider ditching the music and hiring a voice actor or narrator to really tell the story, or even chat with drivers. Storytelling makes for really compelling TH-cam videos.

why are these sub stations sites not designed such that the transformer transport can just drive straight over the plinth and lower the tx straight into position? and if it needs swapping out the reverse happens

What are the cold boxes used for? They’re quite bulky.
Person Who Talks To Much used to contain all the cold equipment in a refrigerated air separation plant. Cold box is usually shipped complete with everything in it, and cold insulation already applied. Just needs to be upended and bolted down
