I wish I would have got to see him actually in STP when he was alive. Chris Cornell is the only grunge singer I saw in concert with his original members.

@@Ol_Ben I got to see STP back in 1997 right after Scott got out of rehab and was clean. It was an excellent concert.

@j.t.cooper2963 Hardy did a cover of Big Empty in Memphis last year too. Grunge still lives on.

Last time I saw him STP was opening up for the the Chili Peppers and he came out in his pink boa and was absolutley ELECTRIC. RHCP were my fave band at the time and Weiland and STP blew them off the stage. I don't think there's a band on Earth that coulda followed Weiland and STP that night. So yea..this stuff is pretty sad to see even tho he still sounds good

I've seen Shinedown, Evanescence and Halestorm in concert. This one was still SO WILD, especially for its unique acoustics

I saw BB in 2015 but this ranks up there for concerts I've been to since the 2010s. Evanescence and Halestorm top along with this one.

A guy I saw locally last night was playing Vasoline and it got me thinking about Scott. I heard Chris Cornell (actually back in Soundgarden) during his last little time alive too. It's weird with Eddie Vedder being the only main one still here.

I knew I heard it so distinctly, to be able to tell it was somebody outside of the band. I was hooked on singin along through the set but my arm got tired from these. I did frame my autographed set list yesterday too.

Hell yeah man. Up there with me seeing Evanescence and Halestorm both (separate). Did you buy any merch?

@@Ol_Ben yeah got some shirts and the merch that came with the VIP stuff, was my first concert and definitely won't be my last

@michaellarainey1832 I was VIP too. I bought a shirt and a set list that I'm about to have framed.

I was in L. That was the most alive I've been at a concert in a long time. I had so much fun singin.

He was at a show while I was in Hot Springs Arkansas a couple weeks ago too (this video was 2014) The agony of not having a ticket beforehand...dude...

I hope so for the 200 dollar ticket it cost me to be up this close. I remember when he was rap Jelly Roll even before that too.

Never even heard about that one. I gave up goin to Chapel Hill because it didn't feel active. That's odd considering it still is listed as haunted online.

Must have been packed if it was sold all the way out. A lot of people who live close to me were there but I didn't run into anybody. I didn't know any other people there but the songs were still great.

Really hate I missed this show, this is my favorite album of his. Every song is great and I feel like he won’t ever sing these again. He will just move on to the next one😞. I drove 6 1/2 hours to Dallas just bc I missed this show. Worth every second and dime. Hope he bring his big sexy ass back down to the SIP again soon! 😂

@kevinedgley2989 I thought it was cool. Idk everything about Jelly Roll, but I've been to see concerts from 38 Special to Shinedown over the years.

Man, that walk to get up there was hot but it was a cool set.

Thanks man. It can be a little different feeling if you were used to the Skynyrd version first. I do have a video of Shinedown, the whole band doing Simple Man too. This was so fun to sing.

Everyone really knew every word. I got a Hardy shirt I bought that weekend too.
