Thank you! Really appreciate that.

Nice video chill vibes with pops think that deer wanted some pulled pork😂
What are the odds he snagged the same cast master that’s hilarious
haha we were trippin!
Good stuff Austin!
Appreciate it dude!
Great video AJ. It was nice to see you having fun with your pops. I miss mine. We lost him about 10 years ago and I never got to share the Eastern Sierras with him. I have been going there for almost 30 years but only invited him once. By then he was too sick to go. Thank you for sharing this with all of us. ✌️
Sorry about your pops brotha, just know he's always with ya when you're fishing, always!
Damn! You guys "schooled em!" What a great day on the water. Thanks for sharing.
Great video, thank you for sharing. I love fishing and camping up in the Sierras.
Congrats on the catch, another epic video, priceless time with the pop's! Miss mine, he loved the Sierras.
Appreciate it Kevin, always grateful for the Sierra trips with my old man <3
Congratulations on a nice catch! That sucker was a fighter! Cool video with your Pops.
Thank you bro! Appreciate it!
Legendary trip! Austin makes it easy for his old man to camp! And by the way, I found my hats! Haha!
That comment above was actually from me (pops). Was not properly logged on to the TH-cam apparently, (old people)?! But I'm still "Ostimistic"! Adrian Peterson term.
Pops you are one cool cat👊
Nice catch bro!! Another bad ass video 👊🏼😎
Thanks bro!
Nice video buddy 👍I saw u at big bear keep the great fishing videos coming !!
Nice meeting you dude! I'm sure we'll cross paths in the near future. Appreciate it bud!
Man you guys know how to do it right. Good food. Good beer. Good fishing. Good friends. Well done👊
thanks brotha!
Great video! Ran into this on my TH-cam feed and didn't realize you were into the YT game. Glad I was able to see that last 'bow you talked about. - Arnell (camping neighbor)
Arnell! Whatup bro! stoked you got to see yourself haha, tight lines! Hopefully our eastern sierra paths cross again bud.
Wow what a great trip. Memories forever!! Thanks for the video, great fishing!
Appreciate it man! Tight lines!
Good stuff bro! Love your content! Keep them going 😎
thanks bro!
Great video... Looks like great times as always in My favorite areas of CA...Have to ask I know you do a lot of cooking on the pine wood sold at camp sites. Now you're foil packs are fine but the Tri-tip? How did that turn out?
Thank you sir! I usually tend to let the fire burn for quite a while before putting any meat/poultry/fish above it to avoid anything sketchy. For the tri-tip, I had brought some red oak to use for hotter temps and I also use some charcoal to boost temps. Never notice any strange tastes, smells. Turned out amazing.
Well done fellas 🤙 Yeeww
Thanks dude!
Nice! You cats had a great time and caught some good looking fish. Very cool brother!
Thank you sir!

Do u have to reserve a campsite there?
Lots of sites that can be reserved and lots of first come, first serve sites I believe. Check out recreation.gov.

I was just up there checking out the campground. Nice spot.
That’s dope your mom listens to rebelution 🤙🏾
haha totally agree, Reb is a fam favorite. Especially whilst in nature.
Catching a HEAT-ON counts same as catchin a fish, and it makes you even happier !!!!!!
Been watching this type of fishing video on YOU TUBE for a long long time, this video is my favorite,it has it all, photography, humor, content, locattion, location, just feels like I was fishing next to him and would be e-fin talking with him.Im a flycaster and I'd fish with him anyday.GREAT JOB MY FISHING BROTHER !!!!$$$$$
Next time your there hike around the lake to the cliff, the big ones tend to hang there, 35 + years of info, JUST SAYIN,GOOD LUCK
Thank you for this, Dale. I'm heading back up to Trumbull in 3 weeks or so and we'll definitely be walking to the backside! Tight lines brotha!

@@J.O.E.B.A.S.S. Got several more trips lined up for late summer/fall so stay tuned bud, we'll take ya right back!
Heck yeah that looked like an awesome place to camp and fish, them mountains in the background were 🔥 Y’all definitely got on some solid trout, looked like a great weekend. Great job on the video fellas!
Thank you!
What they are asking for a tent site is way too much. Rather disperse camp for free.
You camped in the same Campsite I camped in in 2023!
haha Such a great campsite!
Hell yeah man! Trumbull campground is a great spot. Those lakes produce for sure
Definitely have another trip planned for Trumbull again because that place is legendary!
@@soulcalaj Haven’t been yet this season but can’t wait till I go! 🤙🏼
Ive fished that area for 30 years and have yet to catch a perch. Interesting.
Perch are only in Gull in the Loop and if you throw out a 1/32 mini jig near some reeds... it's non-stop fun fun fun!
@@soulcalajthanks AJ👊
Ahhhh. Thanks for giving me a little taste of the Loop. It sure is a different vibe than in April/May when we usually visit. Cheers
Totally a different vibe man, I think I prefer fall mostly because of the weather consistencies but man, early spring is a different beast haha.
Just found your convict lake video, good stuff man! And anyone that is fishing and also has Plini playing in the background gets an immediate sub! 🤘
haha my guy! Always gotta have the homie Plini playing in nature. Appreciate it man!
You do your coffee right! Nothing better when camping then percolated coffee!.
Percolator coffee is camping haha
Japes!! 👋🏼
What a great adventure. Gull is one of my very favorite lakes to fish. Gorgeous as always.
Agreed Kevin! Gull is a top family favorite!

Don't you love going camping and getting to hear your neighbors shit ass music?
