Great conversation. Hit the right points people look for. The biggest challenge for me would be like Job Stability. Lot of posts and people talk about Hire and Fire culture. But I have friends who have been stable in a job for almost 2 years. As person looking to relocate for tech jobs, how should I look at this? Thoughts?
Thanks for your comment, Krish, great question, it depends on where you are looking at relocating to, company stability etc is it the Middle East that you are trying to move to? We can definitely have a conversation to see if we have any roles for you!

This is incredibly insightful, great job! 🙌🏽 The biggest challenge I'm facing with my relocation to Dubai is finding a job. i.e. A job will be posted on LinkedIn and within an hour, there's already 200 applications submitted, or you reach out to recruiter and you don't receive a response. What's the best way you would suggest in finding a role and standing out from the competition?
This is a great question, without a doubt Dubai is super competitive. Unfortunately, there is no secret. I'd suggest Branding and networking. Your brand is your CV and LinkedIn, both should look great. Otherwise networking and building genuine relationships with both recruiters and hiring managers in Dubai. I hope that helps

Cost of living: JVC is great but you do definitely need a car as there is no metro around. But I love it there as it's very quiet when you are at home. The rent there is reasonable and the surrounding is great! A nice podcast you all! well done :)
