All of the energy you produce with solar will go straight to your normal energy usage. If you produce more than you use it will go back to your provider and you will get paid for it. (Depending on country) and otherwise it will go to yoyr battery indeed! You van change everything via the app😁

Depends on where you live! I have a smart metet, and my energy provider sees how much i deliver to them. The excess energy will give indeed a very few cents, but its still something. I dont have to pay for it like i consumed it😁 But it is definately something you will have to check!😁❤️

Hey! Good question! I am not sure if it wil work with this current setup. I dont know wheter it will give the solar juice directly to you fridge or something when the net is out. But when you connect a battery to tge system it will work for sure!👌🏽

I guess probably will without function during outage because most of micro inverter has the function of anti-Islanding. If the power grid shuts down the inverter will also turn off automatically.

Yeah i googled a bit i dont think it wil work. But you can make it work ofcourse when you connect it to batteries and not to the grid😄👌🏽

Yeah I live in the netherlands and i have never had an power outage in my entire life haha. So for me its just reducing costs. But if you do live in an area where a lot of power outages are common, than you should definately go for a battery system👌🏽

Haha i understand you think that. And yeah basically it is. But its more than a blender. You can really make real ice cream with a perfect texture. With a blender you can make icy smoothies but not real ice cream. Its really good! Try it yourself! amzn.to/3yP2MlX

@SvenZwaaneveld have you tried using it side by side with a blender? Same ingredients that would make as an icecream? I initially thought it's liquid and eventually it'll make it cold. But you actually freeze whatever you're making and it blends it for you.. that's why ithink it's a glorified expensive tiny blender

@@SvenZwaaneveld A few have solar power in Jamaica. I have four 450 watt panels, a 60amp LiTime charge controller, three 100ah Power Queen LiFePo4 batteries and a 2000 watt LiTime pure sine wave inverter.

@@SvenZwaaneveld No, I'm lucky enough to have my own house with 9.2kW solar in Australia. Solaredge 3 phase 8kW inverter. I also have a 15kWh battery (built myself) hooked up to a Victron inverter (not fully finished yet - still waiting to install a meter and get the Solaredge data into the Victron system). I love what you've done given the limited options - very inventive and apparently gets around permitting issues. After I wrote my post I think the problem with going for a powerstation might be that those things don't turn off when mains fail. Would endanger people working on the lines who would expect the residential side to be dead. The microinverter will shut down if it loses mains.

Its sounds like you have a perfect system mate! And also a lot of sun in Australia😁 I think your right! But here in the Netherlands i have never withnessed a power outage! I dont think it happens here😅🙈

@@SvenZwaaneveld Very rare here as well. We did have a huge storm about 4 years ago that took down so many power lines it took them a couple of days to get the power back online in some suburbs of Sydney, but it was fairly localised and a 1 in 100 year storm.

And yes your definately right, for aboou 30/60minutes i have a shade on the panels because of the railing! It would be perfect to hang them in an angle and in front of the railing haha! @@bogdankosh hey, I installed mine fixed and the holding structure itself is from 20x20 extruded aluminium profile that I had left from another project. My panels are 22kg each and this seems to work so far 😀 the structure is fixed. I thought of adding 12/24v electric actuators but I didn't like how it would end up looking. I had to convince my girlfriend to let me install them in the first place. I didn't want to piss them off 😅

Hey! What do you mean exactly? If you dont connect solar panels to the inverter it will stay off. Also at night it is off. You can use the system without a powerstation, but you will need the solar panels :)

@@BrianJeffersonTecsonyou can use this device to charge your ps with your car battery/alternator. No solar panels needed. You can also use a stand alone 12v battery, if you don’t want to use your car. Jasonoid on TH-cam has a video on it.

Jaa heb je 100% gelijk in! De reden dat ik voor deze panelen heb gekozen is omdat ik op 9 hoog woon. Deze panelen zijn maar 1.5kg en simpel te instaleren. De 400w panelen zijn vaak zo'n 25kg dus is wel gevaarlijk als het valt van die hoogte😅 Vandaar mijn keuze voor deze! Maar als je ze op een schuur of in de tuin kan plaatsen raad ik 100% 2 400w panelen aan👌🏽💪🏼

@@SvenZwaaneveld Weet jij hoe het zit met de limiet van maximaal 600w terugleveren via het stopcontact in NL?

In princiepe kan er 3600w over 1 lijn. Alleen wordt er aangeraden een legere groep te kiezen (weinig aansluingen) en tot 800w

@@SvenZwaaneveld Ik vind alleen overal max 600w en twijffel daardoor (ook ivm verzekering) tussen de powerstream 600 en 800 vandaar mijn vraag. Bedankt en een fijne avond verder.

@dutchminer247 hoe hey verzekering technisch zit durf ik niet te zeggen. Maar in princiepe is 800 gewoon zeer safe. En daarbij heb je altijd minder dan 100%
