My section B fell out and apart took so long to figure out how to fix. The solid part needs to be facing down in pole, with spring on opposite side then A goes into section with spring turn inner part to lock in place before inserting any other sections

My pole caddy is too long anyone else have this issue or am i building it wrong

An inch to long, or four inches to short, with no tools available...such as an HACK SAW to shorten the pole that goes into the spring this is a complete waste of money...halfway here nor there just to organize my shampoo. NOT WORTH THE PAIN!!!

Leaving a comment because I see theres plenty of dislikes and bad reviews. If you dont have a low IQ this product is fine. I typed in the video for TH-cam to take a peak and ended up building it myself. Nothing broke and slides together like butter. Brought home and built in 5 minutes or less. Fine product.

Worst piece of crap I ever bought! First one came without part C, went back and exchanged it for another one that I discovered didn't have instructions. I called their customer service and asked them to email me a PDF of the instructions. It did not happen! So I went back to Walmart for the 3rd time and took photos of the instructions. Came home and am trying to assemble it. I'm going to launch this POS off my balcony. Shitty product and shittier customer service. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

FYI I don't have an A1 and A2. Just ABCD

Total garbage product. Really cheaply designed and a total hassle to assemble and install. I'm not even going to bother returning it, just going to throw it right in the trash.

definitely too long for the tub...had to take a piece out and it technically should fit in the corner of the tub. Now, I turn the proper tube clockwise to 'lock' it in place but it will not tighten. Receipt is gone... how do I fix this so it is usable?

Yes, good video, but I also had to leave out bar C to make it fit in the bath tub. Not a big deal, but they should have mentioned it.

NOTE in the video how the 'tub' (2nd) install is maybe 3 or 4 inches less than the shower/tall install ? THIS pole caddy cannot be less than 85''. As other user says its either too tall for bathtub install or too short. Works for showers over 90'' or taller. Returning immediately. Seriously misleading dimension information.

Holy hell I just tried to make it wast of my money

It was too long for my ceiling too, but it was no big deal to remover a section of the pole. The biggest problem has been when one of the shelves comes crashing down with the slightest nudge. I thought of the tape idea on my own, but seems like it should've been designed to prevent this to begin with. It's not such a bad problem that I returned it to the store, though... just mb should've been tweaked a little by the manufacturer.

Video leaves out the hardest, and most annoying, part. Putting the caddy in place. If you are like most people and don't have 12' ceilings, remove bar C, it's just an extension bar. Place the caddy in the corner where you want it and adjust the bar to touch the ceiling. Now pull it away from the corner from the bottom, and adjust it longer by a few inches. Now, with the bar locked in place, push it up from the bottom of the bar, compressing the spring within the bar, and slide the bottom in place. Now when you release it, the caddy will have tension pushing on the ceiling, keeping the bar in place. These things are an absolute pain in the ass to set up, and I'm surprised no one has come up with a better design.

I agree with all the other comments. It is too long and if you take a piece off you don't get that tight fit in the corner. Mine was leaning over. Just agged!

If you are installing this product, don't proceed. Put it back in the box and get a refund! This is the most useless product ever made! You still have a chance!
