8 years ago you all made this. My wife and I were listening to this band. Absolutely awesome to hear you all do a great cover!
With all due respect, I dont think they know what theyre saying. The phrase "Bismillah ilaha illallah" is not a standard or formal phrase in Islamic texts or practices. It seems to be a combination of two distinct and significant Islamic phrases: 1. **Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim**: This is a very common phrase in Islam, meaning "In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful." It is often recited at the beginning of each chapter (Surah) of the Quran (except for one), and Muslims generally say it before starting any task. 2. **La ilaha illallah**: This phrase means "There is no deity but God (Allah)" and is part of the Shahada, the Islamic declaration of faith. It affirms the monotheistic essence of Islam. Combining these two into "Bismillah ilaha illallah" creates a phrase that doesn't have a standard meaning or use in Islamic teachings. It might be someone's personal way of expressing devotion or combining elements of faith, but it's not recognized as a formal or traditional Islamic phrase.
This really is an awesome video.......great work.
