    The amenity centers don’t feel so private when hundreds of people have access to them sounds great on paper looks attractive, but in my opinion would get tiring with the amount of people in that area and it’s going to keep growing. I get claustrophobic just thinking about it.😅 example, Disneyland looks fun so many amenities so much fun stuff to do but after a few days it’s tiring because of the amount of people no matter how much they offer. I always wanna get out of there after four days. I feel like this neighborhood is the same and you can’t even get away from some of the people because you’re going to see them at school and everywhere elseI don’t wanna see school people on the weekends necessarily when I’m trying to relax at the pool😂.

      Hahaha. That's a very valid concern. My clients didn't complain about the over crowding in the amenities yet! I heard from one of the builders that their amenities are at 80 million dollars now and more to be added. I think, if they can add a few more pickle ball courts, they will be set :)

    This plan was 345 in 2019 smh and 300 in 2017. It’s insane that it’s going for 700 in liberty hill with upgrades and a decent lot.

    I will say even depending on location, a house without a media and formal dining. 3200 sqft for 700k is a bit steep. No extension or bay window in master too. No 3rd car or 2.5. The lot is a good size. I don’t see the value to dollar amount. Especially with the quality control that builders are dealing with. At least it has tech center and covered maybe extended patio, but I’m sure that was a structural upgrade. Very nice community. You really have to do your due diligence when looking for a house. There’s a lot of different builders and plans. Some builders really do go all out on what comes standard. Unfortunately Coventry isn’t one of them with their standard plans till you get to their bigger plans around 4ksqft, however they make beautiful homes. Especially in the Houston area.

      Agree with your assessment. This plan does come with a 3 car tandem garage. And does have that 2 story dining area that is considered formal. This community definitely runs on the pricier side due to the location, amenities and the appeal of the hills.

      Its selling for 1.3 million with all the furniture in it, basically they are selling the model in Blackhawk Pflugerville. This model is called Kennedy and its the largest of the models they have. If youre building one you can get it for about 800k near Pflugerville
