This is about what inspires me to live and what inspired me to keep myself off of painkillers after an injury and surgery. I beat painkillers and I would like to help people understand why painkillers are so addictive and that there are healthy alternatives to dealing with pain. Mental and physical...

I do a lot of driving in a 2006 T1N Dodge / Mercedes Sprinter 2500 The wind noise is significant and can be mind numbing and deafening after a while. The main source of the noise comes from around the door. I found a simple inexpensive solution to drastically reduce the noise. #t1nwindnoise #windnoise www.homedepot.com/p/Frost-King-9-16-in-x-5-16-in-x-10-ft-Gray-EPDM-Cellular-Rubber-Weatherstr...

Thank you JD!! It was great riding with you as well!
Great product Chris! I love mine. I never have to worry about putting my plugs in. 🤙

@@pwcdoctor1 Look forward to it!
Nj? I need help with my scirocco
Where in nj are you? What the problem?
@@pwcdoctor1 union county. How do i reach u besides on here
Pas besoin de faire des repères c'est une injection continue et non séquentiel les injecteurs "pissent" en même temps
What are you spraying through the injectors at 14:17? The injectors have a min opening pressure of 3 bar so how come the aerosol has enough power to open the injectors?
I am using @crc knock’er loose. It works great as a solvent on the gummy residue as well as a lubricant. Most aerosol type can produce over 150 psi. This was a new can so I was able to blow the injectors open.
Where can I find a tool to remove injectors?
Here is a link to the tool I used. It works great. I used a couple small pieces of wood to pry against instead of prying against the cable cover. www.partsplaceinc.com/vw-cis-fuel-injector-puller-3509.html?FreePLA&gclid=Cj0KCQiA8aOeBhCWARIsANRFrQETd8GBvKP_xmasVK0j4wnFdDiqIypj1HBaAu07Y17X0t39lEWalR0aAvFJEALw_wcB
Starting @10:55, you seem to be checking for something. Clearly you have sprayed cleaner to remove gunk but what are you checking as you spin and push that pin? Thanks
That pin is the fuel metering pin that the air flow door pushes and pulls against to adjust the fuel mixture. (there may be a proper names for it), it needs to move freely. The pin and hole get fuel varnish on them and the pin sticks which messes up the air fuel mixture. I was spraying CRC Knocker loose on it and working it in and out to break up and clean anything that was on the pin or in the hole. I read some where that you do not want to score the pin so I did not want to use any type of abrasive pad. Once it is complete clean, it has a very nice smooth hydraulic piston feel to it. Sorry for the long answer.
@@pwcdoctor1 Love it! Thanks Brother!
Thanks for the great video and the chance to create some smiles with the audio.
@12:04 Gesundheit!! 💨
@10:26 It sounds like Mario Andretti is your neigbour. 😂
🤣🤣 I’m from Jersey, we talk fast
BTW: Thank you for the vid... Very helpful.
To anyone having starting and idling problems. Quick check of the brake booster vacuum line. where it goes into the booster, check the rubbers for a good fit, a very small loss of vacuum in this location will cause all kinds of crazy stuff. Always check the basics before jumping into this system. Personally, this system should have never been invented, used or even been a bad dream. This is a prime example of over engineering I have ever seen.
Bang on! 👌🏼
Thank you for the informative video. I wish It was in normal speed so I could hear the audio, but it still gave me the knowledge to open up the fuel distributor and fix my Cabriolet.
Thank you for the compliment!! If you have any questions, I’ll do my best to help. It’s probably better that you can’t understand what I’m saying, I was just babbling to myself and telling corny jokes to my friends. They always wish they can’t hear me hahaha
@@pwcdoctor1 Alvin and the chipmunks, auto repair edition!
I have a problem with my golf mk2 kjet, its difficult to start and we've been through the car and I suspect that oil from the breather pipe accumulated around the air flow meter and the plunger and is preventing it from moving at start up, when the car eventually starts it operates normally
Very informative!!
Nice vid, shame about mickey mouse doing the commentary 😅
Hahahaha I never listened to it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hilarious.
