If Werewolves can't pretend to be specialists, why wouldn't the villagers employ a strategy where they all pretend to be the seer at the first CO? Those who don't raise their hands are Werewolves. Such a strategy employed by the villagers would force at least some of the Wolves to lie to avoid a 0% winrate.
