Dont fall prey they are fraudsters....the company does not have stock of this product...dont pay online...they take money...give u an expected date n then none of their service centers answer calls..the company doesn't reply to emails too... Hello...I used it today and was quite impressed... I cleaned my kitchen which was very messy.. then 4 bedrooms.. finally when I was coming to living room I could see dirty water pooling under the machine...also it wasn't cleaning properly.. with every swipe it was leaving dirty water on floor...and sometimes in between tiles it hits the gap. . I don't know how to explain.. maybe flooring iS uneven I don't know...it gives a different sound.. a deeper one.. we switch it off then start again it's fine..have you faced this??? Can u help me??

Bcoz I called their customer care they are always give answer that we will forward ur query n our official will contact u but not a single call I have received from them . Many times have done mails but I get always automated mails . They are not giving any answer for my product. I am really worried for my money. Where I have to contact them I don't know .
