As a native Phoenician, This is inaccurate on so many fronts. I’ll mention just a few. The phoenix metro has 5M people making it the 10th largest metro. Phoenix proper has about 2M, making it the 5th largest city. Phoenix doesn’t use water from lake Mead for human use, the central Arizona project transports lake mead water largely for industrial and farming allocation. The fact is, Phoenix and Arizona have been far ahead of the curve in planning. If phoenix didn’t get another single drop of water from it’s 12 surrounding resiviors , it would have enough water to last 30 years due to stored water which the city has been banking in under ground aquifers for years. In the metro Phoenix area, all indoor water that gets flushed or goes down the drain is recycled, and the chip plants will recycle 98% of the water they use. In actuality phoenix is in a much better position than many other cities in the southwest . You make it sound like the taps will dry up tomorrow. They won’t. So just stop the hysterics and playing lose with the facts. It impacts the credibility if your entire channel.
