这视频要火。2015.12.31深圳买的房子，359万，最高点同户型挂盘价630万，目前大概400万能成交，自己还要付佣金赎楼费等。月租金6500，如果5%租金回报，要跌到150万。
我查了一下深圳房屋貸款利率，條件可能會有所差別，我查到的是3.5%~3.85%，照他說法是要略高於貸款利率，那這樣應該不能拿5%去算，拿4%去抓大概比較合理吧?

The Leeza SOHO is one of my favorite buildings in the world, at first glance it seems deceptively simple and elegant but looking a bit deeper it quickly becomes apparent how truly inspired and brilliant the design is. The late Zaha Hadid was a true visionary of an architect and a brilliant woman who left a mark on the world that will live on far into the future.
