....finally! ... finally I reached 75m with my DNF LAP1: 32s - 3 cycles (arm stroke kick kick) LAP2: 32s - 4 cycles LAP3: 32s - 5 cycles ...so great!!! in terms of pace - it was kept throughout the whole attempt (no speeding up) but I am not happy with number of cycles - too many moves not enough glides ... so grateful for all the people around! ... & I got applause from those who know me so we...

....already for a while I was very curious to se my body position. This was filmed at the end of the training so I was already pretty tired, and you can see my legs so loose, too loose actually, not holding the streamline ... major thank you to Martin Petrus for the video!

... nothing special in here, but its been 3 weeks that I was sick so finally I got to test where I am at with my DNF after that break - performed 54m on 25m pool (PB on 25m pool is currently 67m) ... still lacking force in arm stroke and kicks - working on it, currently I am caressing water

... still sick but this DNF felt so nice today so light, although lacking strength totally: - DNF 50m lap time: o1:11min - DNF 50m lap cycles: 8 cycles 1 arm stroke ... nothing special, but throwing in here all videos I have to see progression over time, unfortunately, not seeing it yet:)

Super. Polecam poprawić kopnięcie nóg do klasyka, tak żeby kopać wężej, obecnie siła kopnięcia ucieka w bok i napędza Panią moment(w pracy nóg do żaby) łaczenie nóg a nie ich przepchniecie wnętrzem stopy w tył. To na pewno pomoże pływac jeszcze dalej i w większej ekonomi. Podziwiam i pozdrawiam Marcin (OK Swim Bielsko-Biała)

Hi! I wos like smoking a lot in the past , but two and half years ago i left my addiction and start to do freediving training quite regulary ,then I found my peace and finaly i reach 100 m in DNF that wos my biggest achivement in this year. Now I do my training with cressi fins that works great!💪♥️💪
Hej. Czy dasz radę zrobic nagranie z pod wody lub nad, precyzyjnie pokazujace jak wykonujesz nawroty w płetwach? Dopiero co sie przeżuciłem na dyn bi fins i czuje sie jak kawałek drewna w tych Cressi gara impulse, swoja droga powiedz jakich płetw Ty używasz osobiście.
