Random question! How do you handle customers who have lost or stolen packages? Is that ever an issue? Do you cover it or once you ship, it’s between the customer and the shipping company? With my other business, we offer route but that’s not a plug in on bricklink, but still people don’t choose insurance. Also, you have a discrepancy in your shipping policy. You still have in places $4.99 for shipping, and then $5.50 in others, just to help you out 😃

It would be fascinating to know what your total amount $$ is sitting in your basement of all the unlisted lego. I know your trying to upload as much as you can right now. Your amazing at what you do.

You can ask eBay to remove the negative comment, they will not always do so, but if tracking shows you shipped it within your handling time, they should remove that one for you.

Best advice after paying off your house is to automate savings accounts for your property taxes, home owners insurance and any other major yearly expenses. Every two weeks or so the money just comes out and goes into your designated accounts. At the end of the year when you need to pay those bills the money is there. The other thing to consider is what to do with the money that used to go to your mortgage. If you don't give it an assignment you may find that money gets spent. Having a goal for after the house is paid off is a good idea. I followed the Dave Ramsey plan. Took me 5 years to knock out the house but I did it. Paying it off was anticlimactic if I'm being honest but the extra room in the monthly budget is so nice. You kind of imagine someone jumps out of the bushes and throws you a big party when you make your last payment but you basically get crickets. Just the peace of mind that you no longer have a mortgage payment. Love that you're doing this.

Man it prity cool you .dont collect lego .to desppay .just sale it ..but guess you spend just as much money. In geting lego sets to parts mini figs for stock. .but its all for sale ..so just like thos colecting sets siting on shelf..but you keep. The stock moveing on. Unlike thos collecting desplay sets. Untill sale them ond day. I try not buy desplay set s .cas its kinda boring. i rather a lego city with moveing train s an build sean s .can power up carnival sets .😊 Lighting .all so i like colecting. Lego parts 😊.an get the odd sets to re sale . Finaly just got a big sale. On battle pack s for stock. For a guy that in lego group i in as he opening up a lego shop. So happy to help him out .

Not going to lie, this was definitely a letdown from last year. Seemed like fewer exhibitors and most that were there seemed bored. Was hoping it was just the timing of when I showed up, but seems like it was that way for others, too. Oh well - was nice to say hi anyway 😁
