Hi everyone! Welcome to XuxuCooking channel! I'm Xuxu, a passionate baker and the founder of 'XuxuCooking'. [SUB]Crispy Milan Cookies, Make Two flavors At Once! 【Xuxu Cooking】
🌿 Welcome to Xuxu Cooking! Let's make Milan Cookies! 🌿
Piping tip size: 18*30*45mm
Yields: 26
Ingredients:
•unsalted butter 90g,
•powdered sugar 40g,
•whole egg 30g
-Original flavor:
•cake flour 65g
•sliced almond Q.S
-Cocoa flavor:
•cake flour 60g
•cocoa powder 5g
•heat-resistant chocolate chip Q.S
Tips:
1.Butter needs to be softened in advance.
2.Egg should be used at room temperature.
How to make:
1.Mix 90g unsalted butter and 40g powdered sugar until fluffy and pale.
2.Pour 30g whole egg in two times and stir evenly for each time.
3.Transfer half of the butter to another bowl.
4.To make original flavor, sift 65g cake flour into one of the butter, cut and fold until well combined, then press the batter until smooth. Transfer it into a piping bag for later use.
5.To make cocoa flavor, sift 60g cake flour and 5g cocoa powder into another butter, cut and fold until well combined, then press the batter until smooth. Transfer it into a piping bag for later use.
6.Pipe the batter on the baking pan. Add sliced almonds to the original batter and sprinkle heat-resistant chocolate chips on the cocoa flavored batter.
7.Preheat the oven to 170°C/338°F and bake for 15 mins. Once baked, remove from the mold and let it cool.

你好~我的模具是6寸、高5cm,如果你的模具是4寸、高也是5cm,配方里的各項材料乘以0.44來計算就可以了~

抹茶液倒入布丁杯里的时候是不是没有完全放凉?如果是热着倒进布丁杯冷藏,可能会出现沉淀分层的情况
