Having played professional volleyball and having the same feelings of emptiness. I can tell you with zero doubt that you will find long term fulfillment and happiness only in your closest relationships. Everything else you are doing is just a means to an end. Making means your top line goals is a common and sad mistake. Foster deep and meaningful relationships.

Hey Taylor, if you would like to grow this channel, then maybe you should it make more interesting and talk about things people really want to know about volleyball and the inner workings of it. Could you tell us how much money players make? I have a feeling it's not that much, and that's a shame. Also, how much money do players who represent their country receive for the vnl and for the olympics? And what will the salaries be for the LOVB? I mean it's all public knowledge for other sports, why not for volleyball ? Tell us how much players are paid in European and other leagues ! Keep it real Taylor !!! Tell us!

I truly think the rest of the guys in the team were not accepting or open to Ben’s sexuality. Then Ben has a bit of ‘air’ that he’s more sophisticated than the other guys. Chemistry of the team upended Ben’s contribution.

Bruh Taylor you’ve inspired me greatly recently. I def know your struggles thru depression or jus the highs and lows of vball. I also finally made the national team for my island nation after a being banned from the federation and waiting out my sentence. After that I earned my spot as a strong outside for my team killed it in gym seshs all to have my coach cancel our trip to the regional championship 🤦🏽‍♂️I was devastated but your content was a direct message to me thru the algorithms and YOU ARE APPRECIATED 🙌🏾 The hype energy and dynamic u add to my favorite team USA is invigorating. And don’t trip bout censoring yourself too much in ur vids, it’s good that you care bout the youth, but be real be you. From players like me it’s worth it to know not all that glitters is gold. BUT GET THAT GOLD IN PARIS MY BRO, I’m sending power vibes to you from 🇬🇺🏐💪🏾

What a wonderfully authentic conversation about struggles taking advice as a younger man. The reality is that very few young people do listen to anyone during the ages of 16-22 years. There is so much involved with young people at that age: childhood trauma, shame, guilt, being rebellious because your mom & dad are not around for the first time in your life, feeling invincible & having the attitude of "that won't EVER happen to me". Definitely appreciate your honesty & transparency Taylor & TJ!!! As a collegiate women's volleyball coach, I have had to help our young women work through perfectionism & helping them understand that they see volleyball as a "threat" to their ability to play their best.
