Griff the one that spotted me though spotted the 4x4 behind though driven by Ian its a highway lots of people live next to highways the small path thing was new the lane tuck 3 hrs to drive plenty of time for them to phone the police we only drive legal highways

oh i see its a highway that no longer exists there is now a mine there are you sure we do the damage right now if you drive many tarmac roads across the uk you will be driving one thats roman ie 2000 years old but tarmac on top So were is the Historic route there ?

Not nice people then at all i can walk without any problem but 1 highway ie green lane a day i can drive 50 in a day .The top people in the Ramblers don't happen to be big Land owners that just don't want any people in the Countryside at all .Beaching shut all the profit makeing tourist lines down to the Countryside to stop the general public ie the not blessed with a silver spoon and a name from going there (Derbyshire used to be full of tourists empty now )you dont have to visit to find this out everyone as mobile and video where is the 10 000 videos of Aunt Doris Eating Bakewell Tart ?

Yes there being stolen all the time ie ploughed up rebuilding of walls ither side made too narrow on bends etc on purpose they should be taken down and rebuilt to correct sizes

@@billredding2000 it depends on the person's ability and what they know they can do i saw no risk and I've never incapacitated my truck.or done any real damage this is not for a thrill as such it's because it's there to be honest the other half of my crew were incapable of driving it

@@RockbasherV8 Well, at least you (apparently) weren't a "Hey, hold my beer" type as we've seen in many Y-T videos where they attempt something DF/S, so that's something positive. I DO go off-road myself, but avoid anything that might damage my truck. I already KNOW what it can do, no need to prove it (to others or even to myself) -- I don;t even want the pinstriping (Colorado Pinstriping, in my case) from driving a very narrow trail with brush/tree-branches crowding it. For some reason -- and it might be just me -- I don't find scratching, gouging. bending, breaking or roll-overs (!) "fun" as some people see to think. And I don't want to leave any broken truck parts at the assorted Jeep Shrines some trails have. So thanks, but I'd have to sit it out with the other half of your crew. ;-) BTW, even if a driver is very good/experienced, his/her vehicle can still get damaged, even severely...that's why I won't do trails that are rated "Difficult" (trail-damage likely) or Extreme (trail-damage guaranteed). Just Easy to Low Moderate for me (and my truck), thank you. :-) -- BR

@billredding2000 yes I understand you perfectly well I want to get there and back safely I do expect some damage at times but I'm not gung ho I had driven that probenly 10 times previous so I knew what to expect i actualy told asked those 2 drivers to sit it out I gave them directions on how to gey to were they were filming I had 60 miles and less hard routes to find out how good they were and they got stuck on easyer places but it sounds better on the title to say they refused it

@@RockbasherV8 I'm in the US - when we took the kids driving through Ireland, they commented that sometimes you could be driving down a road, and it would "become not a road". Still in our family lexicon today.

@@RockbasherV8 Its not a "highway" in any sense of the word, and i would put money on it never being reopened as a BOAT, after the gatepost was demolished a while ago by someone or other, two rocks have been placed at either side of the entrance, i suspect if you measured them they may be just wide enough to get the farmers vehicles past but no wider.

@@philsteele7151 A Boat is a Highway this plus thousands of others should be reopend to 4x4 s and motorbikes for practice for war plus the whole EU can also practice on them it is quite simple realy a road highway is man made not like a footpath was just trodden I'm sorry you don't like history ie someone putting video up of a now closed road are you the ss that had to burn all the books

@@RockbasherV8 You are either trying to convict yourself, or using old footage to deceive people that it is still open, it is not, how does green laneing prepare you for war rambo. if you want access to off road facilities pay for them or use existing rights of way, i watch a farmer everyday whos crops are churned up by off roaders and bikes, if you cannot do it legally, dont and dont try and justify it by imagining your a weekend warrior, and i am sure you are going to call me anti everything, come and see me down south this weekend where i will be driving army vehicles off road and paying for it rather than expecting the farmers to pay for what you have ragged to bits.

@@philsteele7151 I don't do off roading as it creates a gung hoo attitude of the 4x4 drivers ie they do more and more stupid things with there motors and its not a good way to teach anybody about real life driving in the same respect I drive to the Laws and have never knowingly driven a highway ruff track if you want to call it that illegaly the penalty for driving a footpath bridleway or restricted byway is £40 as for encouraging people to do illegal things well the picture your watching is 4/3 not wide-screen so everyone can see it I'd before 2010 still open I beleive and had for Rambo no not at all
