i dont think we were the intended audience. especially not for the sequel, but i dont think they even expected the natural right wing support they got for the first movie. the sequel was an attempt to course correct and undo their mistake of courting 4channers and groypers.

I get where you're coming from. There's a lot of woke stuff going around these days. Honestly I was just out with a couple friends to have a good time. I wasn't expecting too much out of it after what everyone was saying and leaving the movie theater. But on the other hand, I dont let critics or other people's opinions change my mind about going to see a movie anyway. Joker 2 is most likely a movie people will see when they release it on streaming services. To me, it was a pretty good movie if you can overlook all the singing segments...and there's a lot😅
