This video shows a ride up the Grossglockner High Alpine Road from the perspective of a rider and a pillion. I had visited Austria many times in the summer. Stopping at both the top of the pass and at Kaiser-Franz Josefs Höhe to take in the sights and sounds. Being up close with Mother Nature was incredible. This time we were there in oktober. The scenery was breathtaking. It was so different than being in the middle of summer. I had never thought about the mountains changing so much with the seasons. The road was a twisty, curvy and beautiful as always. The views were incredible. Being this high up in the mountains really gave you a sense of being in another world. We stopped for lunch at one of the many restaurants along the way. The Grossglockner High Alpine Road is one of the highest roads in Europe, and is incredibly beautiful this time of year. It's always impressive to see it up close. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. It is a fantastic place to visit on a short trip to Austria. The Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse is a famous mountain pass in Austria. It is one of the most scenic roads in Europe and considered one of the best motorcycle roads in the world. We rode Grossglockner. The highest asphalt road of Austria and the highest mountain pass in the Austrian Alps (2,602 m). For me, it was a dream come true to ride this road with my own motorcycle. It is unforgettable, because I never expected as much when I started riding on my bike. The road is very steep, but it is wide and safe. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to everyone who loves motorcycles and wants to enjoy riding on asphalt roads with beautiful views. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery of gorgeous Austria. I never expected it, but I can say that the road is almost empty. Suited up I was ready to ride the bike park called EPIC. I never did this before and wanted to give it a try. That day it was my 3rd time in a bike park. The bike park is next to the village called Leogang in Salzburg Austria. The EPIC Bike Park in Salzburg is a world-class mountain biking and hiking area. Some areas are only recommended for advanced bikers. This is the first time I was there - but I can tell you it won't be the last time. Leogang offers great downhill trails and cross country terrain. It's always good to find out hat a place like that has to offer by yourself. So go there if you have a chance! The mountain bike park is a good place for beginners, intermediates and advanced riders. They offer some very different challenges and I think this is what makes it so special. The facilities are amazing and the scenery is breathtaking! #austria #mtb #mtblife
