JZZ30 Soarer One Raceway (Wakefield) 1:11
First time on this track. This is the video of my fastest lap of the day. Sorry about the weird camers panning, Gopro hypersmooth turns the camera the way the G force is going.
I was hitting speed cut (180km/h) at the end of the straight, hence the coasting into turn 1. Braking zones were nowhere near dialed in, so a lot of time can be made up there.
Rundown of mods:
G30 660 .83 turbo 15psi
Kumho v730 tyres 275/35 square
LS400 4pot front brakes
Project Mu HC pads
Whiteline swaybars
BC coilovers 20f/8r
Adjustable front upper camber arms & rear toe
Poly/solid bushings throughout
KAAZ 1.5way LSD
3" steel 1 piece driveshaft

Clips are from the end of the day when I was getting a bit more comfortable with using the handbrake and throttle control. This was my first time out at Sutton Road Training Centre and my first time properly drifting/linking corners. Had an absolute blast and will definitely be going back to try it again! Quick run down of car specs are factory manual 1JZ Toyota Soarer. Aftermarket 1.5way LSD. ...

1JZ Toyota Soarer chases 2017 CBR500 on the touge. Roads were very slightly damp so was holding back a fair bit. Soarer is running 265f/275r 200tw semi slick tires, 1.5way LSD, polyurethane bushings, camber arms, 3" single piece driveshaft and short shifter. Full turbo back 3" exhaust with 4" dump pipe, FMIC, larger diameter charge pipes and 17psi through the stock twin turbos. CBR500 is stock ...
I'm thinking of using the same turbo, but at what rpm does the boost spoolup?
@@akkunsann starts spooling at 2.2k and reaches 15psi at 3.7k. That's with a fairly large .83 rear housing
I’ve driven that road yrs ago. It’s west of Newcastle from memory?
@thenodatron3119 nah mate it's in Canberra. Very popular touge road for cars and bikes
Nice :)
Sounds so sick
How much power are you pushing atm? With stock ecu?
@ethansymonds3981 Haven't had it on the dyno and not sure I ever will on the stock ecu. I'd assume around 270kw-360hp but that's just a guess
Now that sounds like a JZ
@@Secretsoarer1 how it should have sounded all along
good driving sweetheart, you filmin with gopro / helmet mount?
@@decay16 thanks bby. Yeah Gopro head strap with the camera upside down
I see you did the old left to right flip to make it look like australia despite being mexico 🇲🇽
I'm actually driving on the wrong side of the road 🤫 gotta keep em on their toes
S E X 😍
Fuck cnt you were going quick
Brrrrr CHU brrrr CHU
Twin turbo dose is the worrrrrst 😅
@@GalliJZ get a big single in her ;) I'm sussing places to do my manuél swap
@@RRR_Motorsportsmedium single for me. Big single would be horrible for this type of stuff. Definitely manual swap yours, whole different beast
@@GalliJZ yea medium is actually da wey, torque really matters in the corners and the day to day usability. If I did it again I'd have gone a g30 variant, but I got 2 corner cars atm So highway king it is
