Riello Vision VST 2000 UPS C04/CO4 error code
UPDATE : March 2023 : C04 (reads like CO4) fault code means the "battery test in progress" according to this very helpful page :

I presume the batteries are too old, worn-out or there's a problem with the battery circuit connections - which is possible if it's been thrown around or if you've got it as faulty... you don't know the history
See "BATTERY PACK REPLACEMENT" in the owners manual for the VST Vision range - VST 800, VST1100, VST 1500, VST 2000 range here :

The manual shows only one battery but i suspect the VST2000 will have at least 2... i haven't opened it up yet but will put it on the to-do list and update here when i've seen what's inside.
I'm hoping only one of them has gone duff

Error F38. Do you have an idea to solve it?
@Emanuele ... F38 is "Battery charger fault" - i don't know how to fix it but most fixes are simply replacing the batteries, although maybe you have a faulty circuit inside, i don't know if spares are available where you are
Hola el error F38 es del fusible de la tarjeta del cargador de baterías. Si quieres, pásate por mi canal de TH-cam y te digo como sustituir el fusible
