@@leozar69 The English voices came from Path of the Ninja 1 & 2 as a lot of the assets were reused between the games 😄But yes, we wanted to release two versions so everyone could choose their preferred option!

Yes, the L Communicator Mode is also translated! If this is the first time you're playing, you need to start a new game and play until it allows you to create a save file. From there, every time you go to load your saved data, you will have the option to continue playing or to visit the L Communicator :)

Hi! There isn't an easy way to use longer names unfortunately :( The only thing we could suggest is that as both the game's hacking tool and our translations are publicly available on Github, you could try replacing all of the player name variables with your name and repack the translation. That way, you'd be telling the game to ignore whatever was entered into the name input screen, in favour of the name you've manually added into the script.

You can't use this particular program (xDeltaUI) on Android, but the good news is that you can patch the game online instead. If you have the BulterPatch.xdelta file and a copy of the Japanese game as an .nds file, you can upload them both to www.romhacking.net/patch/ which will create a translated copy of the game for you. Then, to play the game on Android, you can use an emulator such as DraStic - play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsemu.drastic Hope this helps!

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble! If the unpatched version works, it sounds like something's going wrong with the patching process. Make sure that the game you're trying to patch isn't already translated, and that you're patching just the .nds file, and not a .zip or .7z. If that still doesn't help, let us know in more detail what you've tried so far so we can try to identify the specific problem.

For me it was because i was patching the entirely wrong game. Two of the Death Note games have really similar names when only looking at the japanese text

You can grab the patch at www.romhacking.net/translations/7012/ :) It needs to be applied to a copy of the game in order to run, instructions are provided in the readme file included in the download. (You can find copies of the game for download online as well, but we don't encourage/can't provide links for this as it is piracy.)

Hi! No, this doesn't sound right😥Did you apply the patch to the Japanese game first before loading it on your DS (or otherwise download a pre-patched game?) Do your other games look/work as normal? If everything else seems normal, it may just be that your copy got corrupted somewhere along the way, so I would recommend deleting it and starting again.

@@AGTTeam i have a 3ds so idk if that's why, all the other ds games i've emulated have worked fine so far so i'll try and re-install the game ty :3

Hm, this is a new one for us! Is this when opening xDelta UI, or when trying to upload your files? The method you see in this video is a bit outdated, you may have more success using this web-based patcher instead - www.romhacking.net/patch/ Just upload the game under "ROM file", and the patch under "Patch File". Hit "Apply Patch", and it should create and download an English patched copy of the game, labelled '-input source- (patched)' Hope this helps!

@@MechasterReal No, this cheat needs to be activated in your emulator, rather than in the game itself. If you take a look through your emulator's settings, you should find a cheats menu somewhere. No, once patched, you can play the translated game on any device which supports ds games! Depending on what model you own, you can either buy a flashcart or modify your console to run games directly off the SD card. @@AGTTeam weird because I know most japanese games does it how I said it. Anyway thanks for letting me know and hope you guys keep working on the translation as I used to play this game in full Japanese (even not understanding Japanese) and then I got stuck and didn't know what to do.

@@DemonChan22 Yes, it was originally that way, but we flipped it for the English translation. (Though, some characters will still call you by your last name as per the Japanese.) The translation is now finished, and the game is fully playable in English! You can download the patch and usage instructions from the link in the description :D

@@AGTTeam I did download it yesterday so I'm happy to play this in English after all those years, btw there are some DS games I haven't seen a english translation for and they are called called Saikin Koishiteru, Signal, Hoshizora no Comic Garden, Garden Hetalia (only the PSP version have a english patch but not the DS version), Will O' Wisp and the last two are from the Prince of Tennis games and all of them are otome games but there is one Prince of Tennis game have a Girl and a Boy version the Girl version is translated to English but I couldn't find the Boy version english patch. (Sorry for the long message as I asked these games as I used to play them a lot as a teen only in Japanese)

@@Savagegamin4 Hi, have you unzipped the patch and file of the game first? You should be applying an .xdelta file (the patch), directly to the Japanese game (an .nds file).

@@Savagegamin4 Hm, there are a couple of things this could be. To confirm, are you playing the game with a flashcart, or with a forwarder such as TwilightMenu++? Did you see any errors when patching the game? Does it work (and appear in English) if you test it with an emulator? Also, try disabling the cheats if you have any active.
