I didn't see anything that proves to me that he is cheating. He is unbelievably good at it but I've seen plenty of people who are unbelievably good at things.

Well he's the LAN world champion so....I think your problem is you just can't understand or fathom how he's able to do what he's doing. There is a very small window on the thumbstick that can properly "track" people's movement while pulling down just slightly to control recoil. It's a very hard window to stay in all the time. You have to imprint in your brain where that perfect spot is and be able to snap to it from any direction that you pull out from on your thumbstick. The constant twitchy movement you see in Swifty is actually just constant calibration between his thumb and brain. The more you move the more each thumb position will lock in your mind. It's incredibly difficult to land on exactly the point you intend to without overshooting or undershooting. Get good

Everyone who can hit their shots is a cheater to you. Low skill, low IQ having guy. Aim is directly controlled by pre-frontal cortex suppression. This has been studied. Absolute suppression of the prefrontal cortex gives you aimbot like accuracy. Most pro gamers can suppress their pre-frontal cortex on command, which is how they have access to seemingly superhuman abilities. Before trashing someone because they're more skilled than you, try and just be more informed. Furthermore, have you seen pro gameplay in Overwatch, Apex, R6S, CS:GO? The average pro in those games makes people Shifty look like they can't aim at all. His aim couldn't match the bottom 1% of pro players in any of those games. Heck, he can't even match the bottom 25% of CDL pros.
