The most fascinating thing is that when you crouch, you move at 2x or more speed. This also allows you to essentially slide up sloped or curved ledges

You can find this campaign mission mod on steam workshop.. it’s a bit messy (some minor AI issues, especially how mr echoes likes to get stuck) but fun. I enjoy when mods repurpose multiplayer maps like this.. this one combines sidewinder, longest and prisoner to make its level layout.

Marathon, marathon 2 durandal, and marathon infinity have been free for a long time now.. but now the steam versions have proper workshop support. This will allow you access to better hud mods, upscale sprites / textures, and even proper fan campaigns / expansions. Add it your steam library and check out the spiritual predecessor to halo by bungie.

Also trying out the flying kitty Google translate cutscenes mod. I need to make a 2nd install of this game with less mods, the Rainbowmizer pushes the game into crash territory with all that added stuff to process.

I'm sorry if my opinion, or my well founded distrust of modern konami / bloober team troubled you. Most of the acting in the cutscenes presented here is wooden, and seemingly misses important character elements that worry me. I hope its good and everyone enjoys it, I just dont have faith that it will turn out that way.
