How long have you been doing that?
Around 10 years ago I started in general, around 3-4 years ago I became more consistent and changed other lifestyle factors and that's when I started progressing

I did many years of calisthenics, but eventually I joined a gym. Weights are awesome to add to Cali to improve strength. I discovered my squat was very weak (100 kg max) compared to my bench press (95 kg max). So I started to spam squats and now it is paying off.
Yesss, mixing cali with weights is in my opinion the best thing you can do for your body

Right, that's a big drawback They're strong but to grow them big you'd probably need weights
@@iamprokuratyour legs, contrarily to your upper body, is extremely used to your full body wait (otherwise you would not be able to walk or stand up), so its almost not possible to grow without weights
Yes, facts. Assuming you're a bodybuilder who wants big legs. As I just want to be very strong overall, don't care about getting big, bodyweight is enough even for legs to build strength. Pistol squats, shrimp squats, etc. Are great.

I'm able to do them all but, the pike pushup is incredibly uncomfortable for me.
I saw the word Planche and got sacred but it was not as bad as I thought. I am able to do all lol.
You can't see it on this video, I didn't show it well enough, but with the pseudo planche push-ups, you need to lean forward so when you're on the bottom of the push-ups, your hands are by your hips. It's super hard
@@iamprokurat Ahh, maybe I'm making it out to be simpler than it is but it feels like a narrow push up just a lil further back and different hand position.

Thanksss Nothing is worse than injuries for progress, so if there's a thing that can minimize them even by a little, it's worth doing. Anyways, warm-ups have many more benefits besides that...

It's a vest from Decathlon, pretty good one because you can add more weights in there. Personally, I put additional weight plates inside so now it's 16,25kg in total. I think I can even get it to 17 or 18 kg
