555 is 100% 1 of the little known gems of a saw!! I run a 565 and thats been cracking to heaps of Grunt, and these arent even top line XP models 😅!! What are stihl doing these days man there making garbage and charging top whack!! 🇬🇧🤝🇺🇸

100% fur shure only I can say is that 585 had chip management & flow a 100 times BETTER than the Creamsicle flavored Stihl. The 661 chips acted like a screen on the phone screen.

what chains did you use ?

That echo is like a Husqvarna and a Stihl had a baby. It's got the speed of a Stihl and the torque of a husky to keep it cutting fast. Love it, think it's faster thank my 372 big bore

Can you compare STIHL 661C with Husqvarna 592XP G?

The Stihl chain is more dull than the Echo. Sharpen both properly and retest.

holz forma 660's seem to be more consistant my g372xp got set out on the road an i noticed someone picked it up maybe they fixed it but i think crank seals were defective . that painful 350$ plus time and expense trying to get it to work broke me from thinking cheap china junk might get the job done but my echos dont let me down
