The CRCUP#6 this time is set to be a tournament with participants at the Platinum level or below, so it has been decided that the IGL (In-Game Leader) can be conducted by the coach. The upcoming event, V Sai, seems to apply the same rules as VCT, so it seems challenging.

They decided to run this round of CR cup as a 'lower level tournament.' You'll notice that the usual Valo competitors, e.g. Vodka, Mondo, other CR members, are not present. To make it possible for the teams to still play at a high level, the coaches are allowed to speak throughout the whole game. Results-wise though, the teams with members who were able to make decisions independently and call plays did the best. I believe the CR cup that's running this month, as well as VSaikyou are geared at a much higher level, and coach speech isn't allowed except where VCT would allow it.

​@@LoudCommentor Thanks for the info! I haven't seen much of this CR cup, but that makes sense that teams that had better decision making independent of their coach performed better. I feel like a coach guiding you through the game would only be beneficial if you were already pretty high level, otherwise having a 6th voice in the comms might just confuse lower level players even more.

@@basilb4524 and honestly i personally think it takes the fun out of the experience for both the competitors and the viewers.. i'd personally want them to make their own decisions, adapt, make mistakes and all.. that's just me tho

addition to what the guy on top said, since she has to change characters according to the map, she has to adjust to different plays in various characters.

That because she's newbie to the game so she probably didn't want to burden her teammates and trying to focus She talk when in just chatting moments

i only understand about 30-40% of the convos but if i got it right, Clutch-san mentioned that this is the only team with one Diamond-rank member and the rest are below, most if not all teams have atleast two diamond-rank players or more(ex:ShibuHal's Team which they lost against just today) . they really did very well to the point that aside from suggesting the starting plan, Clutch-san would be quiet for the whole round. even with the least playtime and probably the lowest rank as well throughout the whole tournament, Matsuri-chan was able to keep up with them and even had several moments with insane plays & spraydowns.

​@@litlsteps8486on paper you're right but here's the catch. Their diamond level players don't play rank as much. Both ichinose and Met are diamond level but they don't really rank solo so they only play full party which hinders their climb because they usually party up with a too high or too low member. Meanwhile on the other teams they have mismatched roles like Hinano has 3 smoke main players and Mimi's team has a super fresh player in fuwa who had to learn an all new agent in 2 days. So yeah on paper this team might look weaker but they're on par with the heavily stacked Hal team. The players just don't grind that much hence their rank is lower than their skill level

@@venkaramon they lost heavily with ShibuHal's team like 2 or 3 times now and it's not even close lol. ShibuHal and Yuipenpe duo can easily kill them all.meanwhile Reid on Hinano's team just wiped them down with a heaven operator peek just about an hour ago and even the most reliable round saver that they have Uruha, lost several times on 1v1 against Hinano & ShibuHal and right now they are facing different lineups than the practice matches and their matches yesterday while they are still on the same agent lineup because they don't have much agent pool compared to other teams while most teams have already adjusted to their lineup now and learnt to counter. so yeah, 'on paper' 🤣

@@venkaramon update: ShibuHal's team just won lol and once again, it's not even close even if Hinano's team were putting insane fights each round and Reid-san always threatening them with Judge. last rounds were insane especially Albio's Omen 1v4 clutch. it was all great! looking forward to the next tourney.

Tbf Hals team is super stacked. Abo is stuck in his rank but he plays way better than his rank reflects. Kanae hasn't played rank in a while so his rank doesn't actually reflect his skill as well, same goes for Hal. Their team is super stacked if you actually looked at their actual skill. I expected them to win day 1 lol. Hinanos team got the harbor buff where people didn't know how to handle it at first but yeah

If you haven't joined her stream before, please try it out! She laughs a LOT and it's seriously so nice to listen to. I love her voice
